Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the undersigned customer (“Renter”) and AnyWhereRide.com (“Company”), governing the rental of a vehicle from the Company. By clicking on the “I Agree” or “Accept” button, the Renter acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Vehicle Return and Theft Reporting

The Renter agrees to return the rental vehicle to the specified location and by the agreed-upon date and time, as outlined in this Agreement. If the vehicle is not returned as agreed, the Company reserves the right to report the vehicle as stolen. The Renter is responsible for the return of the vehicle on time, and any failure to do so may result in the Company reporting the vehicle to law enforcement.

2. Authorized Drivers

Only the individual(s) listed in this Agreement as authorized drivers are permitted to operate the rental vehicle. The Renter assumes full responsibility for ensuring that no unauthorized person drives the vehicle. If an unauthorized individual operates the vehicle, the Renter is liable for all damages, fines, and other liabilities that result from such use.

3. Damage Responsibility

The Renter is fully responsible for any damage to the rental vehicle, regardless of fault or if the cause of the damage is unknown. The Renter agrees to cover all repair costs up to the total value of the vehicle, including towing and any related expenses. If any damage occurs, the Renter will be held financially responsible for the full cost of repairs, as well as any additional costs incurred by the Company.

4. Insurance Coverage

The Company does not provide liability insurance for rental vehicles. The Renter is responsible for obtaining the required liability insurance as per applicable state laws. The Renter’s personal insurance may cover some or all damages, but it is the Renter’s responsibility to verify their coverage with their insurance provider. The Company does not provide insurance coverage for accidents, damages, or other liabilities that occur during the rental period.

5. Deductible for Insurance Claims

Any insurance claims made through the Company for damage to the vehicle will incur a $1,000 deductible. The Renter is responsible for paying this deductible in the event of damage to the rental vehicle.

6. Vehicle Return Location

The Renter agrees to return the rental vehicle to the same location from which it was picked up, and within the agreed-upon time frame. If the vehicle is not returned as specified, additional fees will apply. The Renter is responsible for paying any late return fees or additional charges incurred due to the late return.

7. Credit Card Authorization

By accepting this Agreement, the Renter authorizes the Company to process their credit card information for all rental charges, including the full value of the vehicle in the event of non-return, fines, towing fees, traffic violations, and other applicable charges that may occur during the rental period. The Company reserves the right to apply any payments made to these charges in whatever order is necessary.

8. Additional Fees and Charges

The Renter agrees to pay any additional fees that may apply, including but not limited to:

• Late return fees
• Fuel charges
• Cleaning or sanitation fees
• Fees for damages (including carpet or seat burns)
• Towing and traffic fines

9. No Smoking & Alcohol Policy

All rental vehicles are non-smoking. The Renter agrees not to smoke in the vehicle. If smoking occurs, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged. Alcohol consumption is only permitted in vehicles with a separation barrier between the driver and passengers, as allowed by law. The Renter is responsible for adhering to this policy.

10. Liability for Violations

The Renter is responsible for any fines, penalties, or administrative fees resulting from parking violations, traffic violations, or other infractions incurred during the rental period. These charges will be the sole responsibility of the Renter and must be paid directly by them.

By clicking “I Agree” or completing the rental process, the Renter acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions outlined in this Rental Agreement.
