Company Policy

Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 500.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is NOT permitted in all of our vehicles and this is left to the discretion of the driver. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run ( or ) will charge your credit card on file, after the ride is done. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

No Smoking & Alcohol Drinking Policy

All of our cars are non-smoking.  Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicle(s).  Alcohol drinking in the vehicle is only approved in vehicles that have a separation barrier between the chauffeur and the passengers.

Cancelation Policies

Cancelation can be made only online and 24 hours prior ahead of time; cancelations with 24 hours and more are NOT 100% refundable there is a 20% fee if travel is canceled. If cancelation was made less than 8 hours prior to the date and time of pickup there is NO refund at all.

20% Deposit required for all reservations.  All deposits are NON refundable, Any reservation made less than 8 hours will not be refundable.

No Show Policy 

24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time 7 days prior to scheduled pickup time.

48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

If a Client fails to show at the designated location for which a scheduled reservation has been made, a No Show Fee equal to 100% of the total trip cost is charged to the credit card on file. This includes any cancellations after a chauffeur has reached or is in route to a reservation’s location.

Reservation over $300

Other Policies

  • Clients agree that the passenger capacity of any vehicle provided shall not exceeded the number of seat belts installed.
  • If you are traveling with pets, special approval must be obtained and additional fees will apply.
  • Child seats may be available for an additional charge.

Credit Card: 

Client electronically authorizes, via Digital Signature, Anywhereride LLC, to apply charges to the credit card on file for 1.) Any damages, 2.) Additional hours, 3.) Wait-time, 4.) Mobile phone charges, 5.) Unusual clean-up, 6.) any lost or stolen vehicle components, and 7.) Any down time due to any of the above.

Complimentary Wait Policy

15 minute complimentary wait on all residential & office pick-ups

30 minute complimentary wait on all domestic arrivals from the gate arrival time

60 minute complimentary wait on all international arrivals from gate arrival time

Additional wait time is billed in 1 minute increments at $1.00.

There are no charges for any delays or early arrivals if the airplane arrived early or late.
