Company Policy

1. Mechanical Breakdown
   AnyWhereRide is not liable for any mechanical breakdown that occurs during the charter. If a breakdown happens, we will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed upon date.

2. Client Liability for Damage
   The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental period by themselves or any members of their party.

   • A $250 fee will be charged for each carpet or seat burn.
   • A $250 sanitation fee will be applied if necessary.

3. Alcohol and Drug Use
   Alcohol consumption and drug use are strictly prohibited by law in our vehicles. Any fines resulting from such activities will be paid by the client.

4. Driver’s Right to Terminate
   The driver has the right to terminate the ride without a refund if there is blatant misconduct or indiscretion by the client(s).

5. Illegal Activities
   It is illegal to stand through the sunroof, and this activity is prohibited.

6. Smoking Policy
   Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. If smoking occurs, a $250 fee will be charged. This policy is enforced at the discretion of the driver.

7. Overtime Charges
   Overtime charges will apply if the rental time exceeds the prearranged time on the run sheet by more than 15 minutes.

8. Weather-Related Delays
   AnyWhereRide is not responsible for delays or service termination caused by unsafe road conditions in winter, including unplowed roads, accidents, or other hazardous conditions.

9. Lost Items
   AnyWhereRide is not responsible for any articles left in the vehicle during or after the ride.

10. Payment Terms
    All balances must be paid in full to the driver before the start of the ride. Alternatively, charges will be processed through the credit card on file after the ride is completed.

11. Seating Capacity
    Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond the seating capacity specified by the manufacturer or safety regulations.

No Smoking & Alcohol Consumption Policy

1. Smoking
   All vehicles in our fleet are non-smoking. If smoking occurs in the vehicle, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the client. The fee will be either paid upfront or collected during/after the ride.

2. Alcohol Consumption
   Alcohol consumption is only permitted in vehicles that have a separation barrier between the chauffeur and the passengers.

Cancellation Policies

1. General Cancellation Terms
   A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required for all reservations, even if made on the same day, or $200, whichever is higher.

2. Sedan and SUV Cancellation
   Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are fully non-refundable.

3. Stretch Limousine and Van Cancellation
   Cancellations made less than 10 days before the scheduled pickup time are 100% non-refundable.

4. Other Vehicles (e.g., Buses, Mini Coaches)
   For all other vehicles, including buses, mini-coaches, and similar, cancellation terms may vary. Please contact us for specific details.
